Since joining Madirazza & Partners team, Marinka Kovačić has been focused on energy law and infrastructure projects. Through her practice, she developed particular insight into the business sectors of renewable energy and gas. Marinka also advises clients in financing and M&A transactions. She is experienced in dispute resolution and has represented clients in broad range of transactional, regulatory and commercial law cases.
Marinka holds an Advanced LL.M. degree in International Business Law. She has been recognized by leading professional directories in several practice areas including banking and finance, commercial, corporate, M&A, privatisation, projects and energy.
